Rocken® sucht eine/n IT-Benutzerunterstützungsspezialisten, der/die Enduser im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support professionell betreut und Hard-/Software für Neueintritte vorbereitet. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen, um Notebooks und Fat Clients zu stapeln, Inventarisierungen durchzuführen und Lösungen zu dokumentieren.
Du bringst EFZ HF in Informatik, exzellente MS-Umfeldkenntnisse, Cloud-Interesse und Deutsch C1. Flexibilität bei Ausnahmesituationen rundet dein Profil ab.
