Operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure and systems landscape.

Administration and further development of the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment.

• Management and support of server, virtualization, network, and security infrastructures
• Participation in IT and digitalization projects as well as technical enhancement initiatives
• Planning and implementation of modern workplace and endpoint management solutions
• Support in the areas of IT security, monitoring, backup, and compliance
• Analysis and resolution of incidents and technical issues within 2nd and 3rd level support
• Automation and standardization of IT processes
• Technical consulting and support for internal business departments
• Documentation of systems, processes, and technical solutions

• Completed education or further training in Information Technology (e.g., apprenticeship, HF, FH, or equivalent qualification)
• Several years of experience in the operation, administration, and engineering of IT infrastructures
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and ideally Microsoft Azure
• Experience with virtualization, networking, and IT security is an advantage
• Knowledge of Power Shell or comparable scripting languages is a plus
• Interest in modern cloud, infrastructure, and security technologies
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Independent, structured, and solution‑oriented working style
