ResponsibilitiesDu verantwortest den stabilen Betrieb und die Verfügbarkeit zentraler ERP- und Business‑Applikationen.
Im Service Desk Team triagierst du Incidents und Service Requests und leitest passende Lösungen ab.
Du erstellst Angebote, erledigst Bestellungen, koordinierst Liefertermine und überwachst offene Aufträge.
QualificationsErfahrung in der Betreuung von Dynamics 365 Business Central bzw. vergleichbaren ERP‑Systemen ist von Vorteil.
