AEXIN recherche un Technicien Support Helpdesk pour accompagner nos clients en matière d’infrastructures et de sécurité IT. Vous serez le premier point de contact, diagnostiquer et résoudre incidents, et documenter les interventions.
Vous devez maîtriser Windows et MacOS, Office 365, et les outils de ticketing, avec un sens du service client et une capacité à prioriser les demandes. Français indispensable, l’anglais est un plus.
