Electrosuisse sucht dich als IT Helpdesk 80–100% (a)1st and 2nd Level) in Zürich/Fehraltorf. Du betreibst 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support, bearbeitest Anfragen vor Ort, telefonisch, per E-Mail oder Ticketsystem und dokumentierst Störungen.
Du hast eine abgeschlossene ICT-Ausbildung, bist kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark und verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse;
