As Technical Sales – Hyperscale Data Center Solutions, you will play a key role in developing technical solutions for some of our most strategic hyperscale opportunities.

Working closely with our Hyperscale Sales team, you will translate complex customer requirements into scalable, commercially viable and operationally deliverable data center solutions. You will act as a key technical interface between our customers and Green’s Engineering, Construction and Operations teams throughout the sales lifecycle.

• Own the technical solution throughout the sales lifecycle and act as the primary technical counterpart to the Sales Executive
• Develop technical solution concepts for hyperscale customers in close collaboration with the Hyperscale Sales team
• Qualify customer requirements and translate them into scalable colocation, dedicated suite and data center infrastructure solutions
• Lead the technical work streams of complex RFPs, RFQs and customer due diligence processes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Construction, Operations, and external partners to develop competitive customer solutions
• Validate technical feasibility, delivery approach and operational readiness for strategic customer opportunities
• Prepare and present technical concepts, solution architectures and customer proposals
• Support customer workshops, technical discussions, site visits and solution presentations
• Provide technical expertise during commercial negotiations and contract discussions
• Ensure a seamless technical handover from Sales into Engineering and Delivery
• Continuously improve technical sales standards, solution templates and customer documentation
• Stay informed about market developments and emerging technologies in data center infrastructure, connectivity and AI-ready environments
• Estimate timeline of opportunities including commercial and technical deliverables.

• MEP Experience (Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering prefered)
• Experience in Technical Sales, Consulting, or Pre-Sales within the data center industry – the role is open to both experienced professionals and candidates earlier in their career
• A plus: experience technically leading complex projects with hyperscale customers
• Strong technical understanding of data center MEP infrastructure availability and redundancy concepts, as well as AI-ready and high-density environments
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into commercially viable and operationally deliverable solutions
• A plus:
  Confident presence and strong negotiation skills at executive and C-level, both internally and with customers
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions with Sales, Engineering, Construction and Operations
• Ability to manage external partners
• Strong communication skills, capable to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
• Analytical, structured mindset paired with an entrepreneurial and commercial understanding
• Fluent written and spoken in English. German is a plus
