Location: Luzern
Arcade Solutions AG in Luzern sucht eine erfahrene Support-Spezialistin bzw. einen Support-Spezialisten für den Service Desk. Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle bei technischen Anliegen per Telefon und Ticketing und arbeitest im Schichtbetrieb.
Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Lehre als Informatiker/in mit Fachrichtung Systemtechnik/Plattformentwicklung oder ICT-Fachperson mit und hast Erfahrung im 1st und idealerweise 2nd Level Support. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
