Location: Rolle
Sharp Brains in Rolle, Switzerland is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer Level 1 to backfill on-site. You will deliver end-to-end technical support for desktops and laptops, handle IMAC activities, and manage device lifecycle including OS imaging.
You will use SCCM, Intune, and Service Now for asset tracking and ticket resolution, coordinate with IT policies on software and security, provide VIP onsite support during escalations, and assist with AD tasks and basic user accounts.
