fenaco Genossenschaft GOF in Bern/Ins sucht eine/n ICT-Support-Mitarbeiter/in im 80-100%-Bereich, der/die den 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support rund um ERP, Anwendungen und Schnittstellen betreut. Zu den Aufgaben gehören Fehleranalysen, Workarounds, Monitoring von Logs, Datenflüsse zwischen ERP und angeschlossenen Systemen, sowie Mitarbeit bei ERP-Projekten und Changes.
Sie bringen eine Ausbildung in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit und besitzen Verständnis für APIs, XML und Systemintegration;
