Sales, Marketing & Customer Support Assistant; French Market

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales, Marketing & Customer Support Assistant , with a focus on the French market.

• Manage inbound customer service (phone and email) in a professional and efficient manner
• Provide operational support to the Digital Marketing Manager
• Manage and update the company’s social media channels
• Onboard new clients
• Execute identification and regulatory compliance procedures (KYC / Anti-Money Laundering)

• Excellent command of Italian and French (spoken and written) – C1 level or higher
• Good knowledge of English and/or German (a plus)
• At least 1 year of experience in:
  • customer support (preferably in fintech or digital services)
  • digital marketing
• Digital marketing skills and familiarity with AI tools
• Strong interest in the financial sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of CRM software
• Skills in graphic design
• Experience with digital marketing platforms
• Knowledge of German

Chiasso (Switzerland) – on-site position only (no remote working)
