Bechtle Suisse SA recherche pour son client étatique basé à Fribourg un Agent Helpdesk N1 (f/m/d) chargé du support informatique de premier niveau et du traitement des incidents matériels et logiciels.
Vous enregistrerez et suivrez les tickets dans Jira, appliquant les processus ITIL (Incident et Service Request Management). Le candidat doit être bilingue FR/DE et idéalement disposer d'une première expérience en helpdesk, avec autonomie et sens du service.
