ICT Supporter (m/w/d)
Ihre Verantwortung
- Sicherstellen des Benutzersupports (Hardware, Betriebssysteme und Applikationen)
- Installation/Konfiguration der dezentralen IT-Hardware und Client-Applikationen
- Behebung von Schwachstellen und Fehlern
- Projektunterstützung
- Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Fundierte Hard- und Softwarekenntnisse im Clientbereich
- Erfahrung im Support der Microsoftproduktpalette (OS und M365-Apps)
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und gute Teamfähigkeit
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein gepaart mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität, belastbar, integer und loyal
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Führerausweis Kat. B
