Wir sind ein innovativer Vorreiter was Beatmungsgeräte, das automatisierte Pipettieren und Lagern von Proben sowie die Entwicklung von Prozesssensoren anbelangt.

Die Business Unit Robotics entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt Pipettier-Roboter, um Liquid Handling Prozesse für die Pharma-, über die Nahrungsmittelindustrie bis hin zur Zell- oder DNA-Forschung zu automatisieren.

• Drive AI adoption across the business, identifying and shaping high-impact opportunities along the full value chain
• Translate business needs into structured AI use cases, ensuring clear value propositions and feasibility
• Define and manage a prioritized AI roadmap and product backlog, aligned with business objectives
• Align stakeholders across business and ICT, ensuring shared understanding and commitment
• Contribute to the definition of AI standards, governance, and best practices, in collaboration with architecture and engineering roles
• Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between long-term vision and short-term delivery
• Promote AI awareness and understanding through clear communication across all levels of the organization

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with focus on AI
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-driven applications
• Proven experience in translating business needs into technical requirements and product roadmaps
• Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives, working effectively with stakeholders across domains
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication at all levels of the organization
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Curiosity, pragmatism, and a passion for leveraging AI to create business value
