As a Sales Manager, you are the face of FIVE Informatik AG to the outside world. You understand the challenges of our customers and translate them into forward-looking IT solutions. You accompany the entire sales process - from initial contact to successful contract conclusion. The focus is on sustainable relationship building and qualitative growth, not on short-term cold acquisition.

• Existing customer care:
  You manage our existing customer relationships and further develop them through up- and cross-selling.
• Customer consulting:
  You conduct advisory discussions on equal footing and present our software solutions and services.
• New customer acquisition:
  You proactively identify market potentials and acquire new customers in the SME sector.
• Proposal creation:
  You develop convincing proposals and concepts in collaboration with our technical specialists and product managers.
• Networking:
  You maintain and expand your network as well as the relationships with our customers and partners.
• Market observation:
  You keep an eye on trends in the IT market and provide valuable input for the further development of our portfolio.

• Experience:
  
  You have a solid education (commercial or technical) and bring several years of sales experience in the IT industry.
• Know-how:
  You have a good understanding of IT infrastructures as well as business software (focus on DMS, process automation).
• Personality:
  You are motivated to advance Swiss SMEs on their path to digitalization and automation while pursuing ambitious goals. In addition to a winning demeanor, you possess initiative and assertiveness.
• Communication skills:
  You enjoy interacting with different people and have the ability to convey complex technical issues understandably. You communicate confidently in German. French skills are a plus.
• Work style:
  You work precisely, reliably, and independently.
