Description

Role Overview

The Analytics Manager, Data & Reporting plays a central role in Flora's client-facing analytics function, supporting the production of reporting deliverables, dashboards, and data narratives across key pharmaceutical and health tech accounts. This individual works closely with the VP, Product and COO to execute on analytics workflows, maintain reporting frameworks, and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hands-on, delivery-oriented role well-suited for someone who is proficient with data visualization tools, comfortable working across multiple client accounts simultaneously, and eager to grow within a fast-paced healthcare analytics environment.

This role also requires genuine hands-on technical exposure — comfort working directly with data warehouses, ETL processes, and data pipelines, and querying data directly, rather than relying only on finished extracts — along with a working understanding of the pharma and marketing ecosystem the data ultimately supports.

Requirements Client Reporting & Analytics Execution
  • Produce and deliver analytics reports and dashboards for assigned pharma client accounts
  • Ensure all reporting outputs are accurate, on-time, and aligned to client needs and brand objectives
  • Customize data visualizations and narrative summaries for audiences with varying levels of data fluency
  • Support preparation of performance summaries and benchmark reports used in client reviews and business development
Dashboard & Visualization Development
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Translate business requirements into clean, client-ready visual reports and data stories
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of standardized reporting templates across reseller relationships (e.g., InStep, Relevate)
  • Support the EvergreenIQ client reporting interface by contributing data views and testing dashboard features
Data Management & Quality Assurance
  • Query and pull structured data from Snowflake, SQL databases, or equivalent environments
  • Apply hands-on technical knowledge of data warehouses, ETL processes, and data pipelines to troubleshoot and support reporting workflows, rather than relying solely on pre-built extracts
  • Work with claims data sets (pharmacy and/or medical claims) and other common U.S. healthcare data sources to support client analysis and reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy through QA processes before reports are delivered to clients or leadership
  • Maintain organized, well-documented reporting assets that can be handed off or scaled across accounts
Workflow & Cross-Functional Support
  • Follow scalable reporting workflows established by the ED to reduce ad hoc lift and improve turnaround
  • Flag bottlenecks, data issues, or turnaround risks early and proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — client services, product, and strategy — to support timely delivery
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, data visualization, or insights roles
  • Proficiency with at least one BI/visualization tool:
    Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for data formatting and client storytelling
  • Hands-on technical experience with data warehouses, ETL/data pipeline processes, and SQL-based querying (e.g., Snowflake or equivalent) — direct working exposure, not just familiarity
  • Working understanding of the pharma and marketing ecosystem — how data connects brand, media, and market-access stakeholders
  • Familiarity with U.S. claims data sets (pharmacy and/or medical claims) and other common healthcare data sources used in pharma analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously with high attention to detail
  • Clear communicator with experience presenting data findings to varied audiences
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or health tech strongly preferred
