IT Portfolio & Governance Lead

As IT Portfolio & Governance Lead, you will create transparency across Mikron’s integrated IT portfolio. You will connect strategy, investments and delivery through clear priorities, dependable governance and decision-ready information for the CIO and IT Leadership Team.

• Maintain the integrated IT portfolio, roadmap and governance cadence.
• Prepare executive decisions, governance materials, reporting and action tracking.
• Provide transparent investment, budget, run-cost and dependency information.
• Translate approved priorities into governed plans, accountable owners and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate dependencies across business stakeholders, IT teams, programmes and external partners.
• Maintain transparent risks, issues, assumptions, decisions and escalation paths.
• Ensure documentation, lifecycle ownership, controls and operational handover are complete.
• Drive continuous improvement in portfolio and governance practices.

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, engineering, business administration, finance or a related field.
• Substantial experience in IT portfolio management, governance, programme delivery or a related domain.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio reporting, investment planning, dependency tracking and executive governance.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in an international or matrix organisation.
• Ability to translate strategy into transparent priorities and governed execution.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

This position can be based at any Mikron site in Switzerland, including Boudry, Canton of Neuchâtel, or Agno, Canton of Ticino.
