Identity & Access Management Architect

You design and govern enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, defining standards for authentication, authorization, and privileged access.

• Design, govern, and evolve enterprise-wide IAM architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
• Define IAM standards, policies, and architecture principles for authentication, authorization, and federation
• Design secure identity and access concepts for employees, partners, service accounts, APIs, and privileged users
• Act as trusted advisor for business and technology teams on secure-by-design IAM solutions
• Assess identity-related risks, conduct security and architecture reviews, and support incident response

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management within complex enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, role design, and PAM
• Hands-on experience with IAM and Identity Governance platforms such as Sailpoint, Omada, One Identity, Microsoft Entra , Active Directory
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and NIS2
• Fluent in English
