Concordia in Luzern sucht eine/n Fachspezialist:in Kundendienst Vorsorge für 100 %. Du bearbeitest Neuanträge, Risikoprüfung, Policierung, Vertragsänderungen und Auflösungen sowie Auskünfte an Versicherten und Finanzinstitute.
Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Grundbildung als Kaufmann EFZ oder Kundendialog EFZ im Versicherungsumfeld mit;
Innendienst-Erfahrung ist wünschenswert. Französischkenntnisse (und ggf. Italienisch) sind willkommen.
