Associate Supply Chain Specialist – Material Compliance

We are currently looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist – Material Compliance to join our clients Supply Chain team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, supporting material qualification, supplier compliance, and ensuring materials are available to meet clinical manufacturing schedules.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Support supplier qualification and material compliance activities
  • Create and maintain supply chain records within supplier qualification systems
  • Assess material-related changes and initiate change controls where required
  • Coordinate material release schedules to ensure on-time availability for production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Quality, Tech Transfer, Procurement and Manufacturing
  • Support investigations, quality risk assessments, and compliance documentation
  • Contribute to supply chain planning, material standardisation and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure purchase orders and supply planning activities align with manufacturing timelines
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in supply chain, quality, compliance, procurement or manufacturing operations (pharma/biotech experience preferred)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong IT skills (Excel essential, SAP experience an advantage)
  • A collaborative mindset and interest in continuous improvement
