If this sounds like you and you are driven by purpose, join the SOPHiA GENETICS Supply Chain Team as a Material Management Analyst and help us make a positive impact on the outcomes for cancer and rare disease patients worldwide.
Reporting to the Manager Supply Chain, Planning & Material Management, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing material inventory levels to support production planning, avoiding stock‑outs or over‑stock situations.
Responsibilities- Responsible for all inventory levels to support production and assembly
- Maintain accurate records of material transactions, stock movement and inventory within the ERP
- Collaborate over material planning activities such as forecasting, demand planning and replenishment strategies
- Track delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on‑time material availability
- Identify and elevate potential supply chain disruptions or delays
- Communicate monthly KPIs within the supply chain team
- Participate in physical inventory counts
- Ideally 1 year of experience within Materials Management or Inventory Control (internships or trainee experience considered)
- Direct working experience with an ERP/MRP system and strong competency in MS Excel
- Experience across other supply‑chain verticals with knowledge of the order‑to‑cash process
- Understanding of the bill of material concept
- A highly analytical and methodical mindset for approaching tasks
- Full fluency in English (English is the primary business language)
