YOUR MISSION
- Define and execute the Group's Supply Chain Strategy aligned with the overall business strategy, driving the transformation toward a best-in‑class digital supply chain.
- Lead and develop our Global Logistics Centre in the areas of Procurement, Quality, and Operational Excellence, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.
- Drive logistics, manufacturing, assembly, and ERP‑related transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer value.
- Ensure outstanding operational performance, including on‑time delivery, service levels, quality standards, inventory management, and working capital optimization.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, logistics providers, suppliers, and production partners across Europe and Asia.
- Develop organizational capabilities through talent management, leadership development, training, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, accountability, and customer‑centricity across the global supply chain organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 8–10+ years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Quality Management within an international environment.
- Proven expertise in supply chain strategy, logistics, automated warehousing, manufacturing operations, partner management, and business transformation.
- Experience in a similar industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial drivers, working capital management, and ERP/logistics IT systems.
- Business fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership success in multicultural environments, with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead high‑performing teams.
- Results‑driven, pragmatic, and customer‑focused, with a strong process orientation and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic leadership role with end‑to‑end responsibility for the Group's global supply chain, logistics, procurement, and quality functions.
