To complete our creative and dynamic team in Lausanne, we are seeking a:

Purchasing Specialist (100%)

Permanent contract, starting date: as soon as possible

Your role :

As a Purchasing Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain department within Operations and report to the Head of Supply Chain.

Your mission is to ensure material availability to support Manufacturing, Repairs and Product Delivery while maintaining accurate planning data and executing purchasing activities efficiently.

Very pragmatic, efficient and results oriented, you are the operational owner of the replenishment process. Working cross-functionally with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Finance, you ensure that materials are available at the right time, in the right quantity and at the required quality.

Beyond placing purchase orders, you continuously improve procurement execution by maintaining reliable master data, monitoring supplier performance and contributing to the evolution of our supply processes.

What you will own:
Material Replenishment
  • Ensure continuous availability of production, repair and spare part materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenishment proposals generated by Odoo.
  • Anticipate shortages and coordinate mitigation actions with internal stakeholders.
  • Support New Product Introduction by ensuring timely procurement of new components.
Purchase Order Management
  • Create, issue and maintain Purchase Orders in Odoo.
  • Monitor order execution from creation to receipt.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery issues and maintain reliable supply.
Supplier Operational Management
  • Build strong day-to-day relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance and support operational issue resolution.
  • Contribute to supplier transitions and qualification activities.
Planning & Master Data
  • Implement MRP calculation in our ERP Odoo
  • Maintain procurement parameters and purchasing master data to ensure reliable planning and replenishment.
  • Contribute to inventory optimization and data quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Stocks, Quality, Engineering and Finance to support operational priorities.
  • Continuous Improvement
Your profile:
  • CFC, Bachelor and/or proven experience in Purchasing/Planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • B2 in English. French is an asset.
  • Experience working with an ERP system (Odoo is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in common computer tools (spreadsheets, docs).
  • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined, methodical approach to execution.
  • Able to prioritize effectively and remain composed under pressure.
  • Flexibility, versatility and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement and solution-oriented approach.
