With the right mix of planning, problem-solving, independence, and teamwork, you will actively contribute to keeping our supply chain running smoothly and ensuring product availability.

• Support inventory planning and help ensure optimal product availability across our warehouses for selected product categories.
• Independently create and process purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Communicate directly with suppliers and warehouse partners.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development and E-Commerce teams.
• Create and maintain product master data in our ERP system.
• Conduct research and contribute to projects aimed at improving and optimizing our purchasing processes.

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• You are interested in purchasing and logistics and want to apply your knowledge in a hands-on business environment.
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in managing goods flows and working with ERP systems.
• You are confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including functions such as pivot tables and data analysis.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• You are curious, quickly understand complex processes, and enjoy developing data-driven solutions.
• You work independently, accurately, and reliably.
• You have a strong affinity for numbers and think analytically and commercially.
• You are a team player, communicate clearly, and enjoy working cross-functionally.
