For our client, an internationally operating company with a global supply chain organization, we are looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Coordinator (f/m/d).
In this role, you will act as a central interface between vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders
, ensuring the efficient execution of global supply chain operations. In addition to day-to-day operational responsibilities, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and data flows.
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing between customers and vendors
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes within and outside SAP
- Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery execution
- Track and resolve IDOC errors and support SAP-related issue handling
- Coordinate forecast and net requirement alignment between key stakeholders
- Maintain product and material master data in SAP
- Generate and analyze reports covering inventory, backorders, KPIs, sales, and purchases
- Support monthly reconciliation activities with Accounting
- Contribute to the SAP S/4
HANA rollout
, system integration, and process standardization - Identify optimization opportunities and support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Sales, and IT
, as well as international affiliates and stakeholders - Support price and exchange-rate adjustments, royalty calculations, and audit processes
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in Supply Chain or a comparable operational role
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Experience working in an international or multinational environment is preferred
- Strong SAP knowledge
; exposure to SAP S/4
HANA is highly advantageous - Advanced Excel skills
, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP - Experience with master data, reporting, and data-driven supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve operational and system-related issues
- Independent, structured, and hands-on working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Fluent English
, both written and spoken - Japanese language skills are a plus
