Qualifications:
- Ausbildung: Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ
- Berufserfahrung: Mehrere Jahre im Facility Service
- Teamplayer
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Organisierte, gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Führerschein Kategorie B
- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
Responsibilities:
- Unterhaltsreinigung von Büroräumen
- Reinigung von Gängen, Korridoren und Fluren nach Plan
- Unterstützung bei diversen Reparatur-, Reinigungs- und Sonderarbeiten
- Reinigung von Sanitärbereichen
- Bedienung von Maschinen und Geräten
- Mitwirkung bei Winterdienst, Umgebungsarbeiten und Abfallbewirtschaftung
