As a Supervisor - Disassembly & Assembly you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of a highly effective team of approximately 20 to 25 employees, striving for safety and quality while delivering in time and on cost expectations. You will coordinate the team’s activities with its direct stakeholders at SR Technics to ensure process flow and optimal outcome for the company.

• Guarantee safety and quality of workmanship and documentation in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness, authorities rules / regulations at all times
• Organise support across SR Technics departments to assure performance such as tools, equipment and work documentation
• Actively manage human resources to ensure availability of skills to meet demand at all times
• Drive performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow‑up with all employees
• Take ownership of the 5S in the area, ensuring tidiness and proper documentation
• Execute and promote continuous improvements in applying Lean principles to achieve the organisation targets
• Assign employees to their jobs and maintain vacation planning in accordance with engine planning and monitor labour efficiency

• Technical apprenticeship is a requirement
• 3 years of professional experience in MRO industry with significant understanding of operational activities
• Experience in a leadership role
• English at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher
• Knowledge to apply Lean methodology
• Further management education desired but not a must
