Pour une importante entreprise de la région de Fribourg, nous cherchons un :
Responsable maintenance (H/F)- Gestionner des techniciens de maintenance (10‑12 personnes)
- Planifier la maintenance préventive en collaboration avec la production
- Effectuer la maintenance des lignes de production
- Participation à des différents projets d'amélioration
- Gestion du budget
- CFC d'automaticien, polymécanicien ou électricien
- Formation d'agent de maintenance ou technicien ES, un réel atout
- L
ongue expérience dans la maintenance - Formation dans le management ou expérience significative
- Capable de gérer une équipe de 7‑10 personnes
- Bonnes connaissances en Français, l'allemand un plus
- Prêt à s'investir à long terme
- Un travail stable au sein d'une entreprise leader dans son domaine
- Sécurité de l'emploi
- Formation continue
