Proclinical is seeking a Scheduler, Site Supply Chain to join a dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining and improving production schedules. In this role, you will ensure that schedules are accurate, achievable, and communicated effectively across departments to drive short‑term execution of plans. This position requires a proactive approach to resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing resources for efficient production.

Responsibilities- Develop, track, and maintain short‑term production schedules to ensure visibility and execution across relevant departments.
- Incorporate input from various teams to create realistic schedules within constraints such as labor, materials, and equipment availability.
- Optimize schedules by balancing demand priorities with efficient resource utilization, including staff, facilities, and materials.
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly with stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed planning parameters in the scheduling system to enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Generate and analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify trends and improve performance.
- Provide accurate production schedule data to support the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process.
- Review production documents to determine personnel and material requirements and prioritize accordingly.
- Monitor production data, including output, raw material usage, and quality control measures, to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Procurement, Production, Development, and Supply Planning teams.
- Strong ability to influence supply chain and functional leaders to support production optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in defining metrics, KPIs, and conducting root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in production scheduling systems and tools.
- Competence in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Business Intelligence systems for data extraction and reporting.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
