R&D Partners is seeking a dedicated QA Manufacturing Specialist to ensure quality standards are upheld during the production of pharmaceutical products. In this role, you will be a key player on the manufacturing floor, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and supporting the production of safe and effective medicines.

• Oversee manufacturing processes in real time to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor and document production steps, including cleaning, material handling, and equipment setup.
• Identify and report any issues or deviations during production and assist in resolving them.
• Review and verify production records for accuracy and compliance.
• Support environmental monitoring and ensure proper cleanroom practices.
• Conduct routine checks and participate in audits to maintain GMP compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality and documentation practices.
• Assist in investigations and corrective actions related to quality findings.

• Strong understanding of quality assurance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and aseptic processes.
• Effective communication and coaching skills to guide teams.
• Ability to handle deviations and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on maintaining product integrity and compliance.
