Responsabilités- Encadrement :
Diriger, motiver et former une équipe et transmettre votre savoir-faire et votre sens du détail - Production :
Planifier, organiser et optimiser les flux de production (T2). - Qualité :
Garantir la qualité irréprochable des montres, de l’assemblage au contrôle final (contrôle esthétique/fonctionnel). - Amélioration :
Améliorer les processus techniques. - Reporting :
Analyser les indicateurs de performance et de rentabilité et collaborer étroitement avec les différents départements.
- Expérience confirmée en assemblage T2 et en management d’équipe.
- Expertise technique reconnue, sens du détail et rigueur.
- Leadership, capacités d’organisation
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base
