Die Rolle erfordert eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagen- und Apparatebauer oder vergleichbar sowie MAG- und TIG-Schweißkenntnisse. Geboten werden eine 41-Stunden-Woche mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, mindestens 23 Tage Urlaub und eine finanzielle Beteiligung am Unternehmenserfolg.
