• Conducting timely quality checks and logging in ERP system.
• Optimizing material flows including inventory and logistics management.
• Ensuring accurate product tracking and handling returns efficiently.

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the food sector.
• Experience with operating forklifts and similar equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CSB software is a plus.

• Incoming goods inspection: timely quantity and quality control of incoming goods including booking in the ERP system
• Participation in the design, control, and optimization of internal and external material flows: goods receipt, incoming goods, warehouse management, goods issue
• Picking of non-food items, raw and auxiliary materials, semi-finished products, and finished products ordered by the specialist departments
• Ensuring correct inventory management and traceability of products
• Processing returns and complaints
• Assisting in the planning and execution of the rolling inventory

• Completed basic training is an advantage, preferably in the food industry
• Training in the operation of industrial trucks
• PC skills in MS Office and CSB are an advantage
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good physical condition
• Flexibility, resilience, reliability, punctuality
