Your Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop production teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
Ensure the reliable, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of our precision products
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles (e.g. 5S, Toyota Production System) to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Plan and coordinate production processes, workforce deployment, and machine utilization
Monitor and improve productivity, cost efficiency, and investment planning
Ensure optimal use of materials and production resources
Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and other departments to achieve shared goals
Lead and implement production and optimization projects
Report directly to senior management and contribute to strategic decisions

Your Profile

Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Proven experience in technically demanding manufacturing environments, ideally within small to medium-sized companies
Strong expertise in lean manufacturing methods
Solid SAP and MS Office skills
Languages:

Italian (native level), English (business fluent);
German is an advantage
