Master Scheduler Gas Parts; f​/m​/d

Job Overview:
As a member of the Materials Management Team at the GE Vernova production site in Birr, you will actively contribute to supporting the production of Hot Gas Parts as a Master Scheduler and demonstrate your initiative.

• Building delivery schedule for parts in scope
• Creation of plans for orders upon receipt of a Purchase Order or special request
• Confirmation of achievable delivery dates for new customer order requests
• Resource Planning (strategic/tactical/operative horizon) including consultation for make or buy decisions and supplier development activities
• Formulation of recovery plans in case of master schedule changes and timely communication of those plans
• Maintaining the master schedule in all planning tools including priority definition
• Supporting the S&OP process and updates during the fiscal year
• Running production planning meetings
• Progress reporting to stakeholders
• Master Data Management – ensuring data integrity in APS System FELIOS, SAP and additional planning and reporting files
• Supporting, if needed, with daily critical order tracking and detailed production plans

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with practical experience
• Proficiency in both German & English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience in a manufacturing environment focused on customer fulfilment, quality, and on‑time delivery
• Strong communication skills
• Team player who creates a culture of collaboration
