Aufgaben gehören die Bedienung und Überwachung des Sortierwerks, die Qualitätssortierung und Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen. Eine abgeschlossene berufliche Grundbildung im handwerklichen Bereich sowie Erfahrung in der industriellen Produktion sind erforderlich.
