Für unser Werk in Aadorf suchen wir eine führungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die unseren Produktionsstandort operativ führt, weiterentwickelt und Verbesserungen nachhaltig umsetzt.
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilungs- und Teamleitenden in der Produktion
- Operative Verantwortung für Sicherheit, Qualität, Lieferperformance, Produktivität und Kosten
- Sicherstellung stabiler Prozesse und eines effizienten Produktionsflusses
- Aktives Vorantreiben und nachhaltiges Umsetzen von Verbesserungen
- Verankerung von Lean, Shopfloor Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung im Alltag
- Schaffung klarer Prioritäten, Verbindlichkeit und Tempo in der Umsetzung
- Förderung von Zusammenarbeit, Eigenverantwortung und positiver Leistungskultur
- Verantwortung für Instandhaltung/Wartung sowie Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen
