Microcaps AG sucht einen Operator für Produktionsanlagen (100%) in Bern, Worben. In dieser Rolle bedienst du selbständig die Produktionsanlage und optimierst Prozesse in einem dynamischen Umfeld. Der Einsatz erfordert technische Kenntnisse und eine Ausbildung mit EFZ, idealerweise aus dem Lebensmittel-, Kosmetik- oder Pharmabereich.
Du bringst 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit und bist bereit, im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten. Eine starke Teamorientierung und Sicherheitsbewusstsein sind entscheidend für den Erfolg in dieser Position.
