R&D Manager; M​/F​/D

We are currently partnering with a leading international organisation within the dairy manufacturing space, seeking an experienced Senior R&D Product Developer to drive innovation and product development across multiple categories within a fast-paced environment.

• Lead the development and optimisation of new and existing dairy products, from concept through to commercialisation
• Manage and support innovation projects, including recipe development, process trials, and scale‑up to full production
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, marketing, and procurement to ensure successful product launches
• Drive continuous improvement across formulations, processes, and ingredients, with a focus on quality, cost, and sustainability

• Proven experience within a food manufacturing environment, ideally within dairy or closely related categories
• Strong background in product development, with hands‑on experience in recipe formulation and factory trials
• Solid understanding of production processes and the ability to translate R&D concepts into scalable manufacturing solutions
• Fluency in German is essential, with English required and additional languages considered a strong advantage
• Ability to operate in an international environment, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
