Chemical Production Technician
, you will play a key role in assembling, producing, and ensuring the quality of a new product used in the generation of ultra-pure water.

This position is based in Witterswil, Solothurn (Basel Area), Switzerland, with excellent public transport access (Tram 10) and free on-site parking.
The position:As a Production Technician, you will be assigned flexibly to all the production entities in the new factory and will operate, prepare, troubleshoot and clean the plants on your own.
- Flexible and independent processing of production orders according to production schedule
- Cleaning, setting up, and operating machinery and equipment in line with manufacturing documentation and quality standards
- Handling water and chemicals, using mechanical tools, electromechanical systems, process analyzers, and automation controls
- Performing stock counts and inventory checks
- Identifying and reporting potential issues proactively
- Participating in daily shop floor meetings
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes
- A background in chemical production or a related technical field
- 3–5 years of experience in a production environment
- Strong technical understanding and practical experience such as installation on hydraulic facilities
- Analytical prowess to leverage data and available resources to resolve key issues that arise every single day in the workshop
- Accurate and reliable working style
- Self-initiative and creativity, flexible and able to work under pressure
- A good team-oriented working attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Good English-knowledge for daily business. German, French or other languages are an added value
- You are Swiss or EU citizen or have a C Swiss resident permit.
