Location: Epesses
AXIAL Intérim La Roche-sur-Yon recherche un charcutier qualifié pour intégrer une équipe de 10 personnes et assurer la production selon les volumes et délais.
Vous réalisez la découpe de viande de porc, préparez les viandes selon recettes et cahiers des charges, et effectuez les contrôles qualité en traçant les produits.
Expérience exigée en charcuterie, maîtrise des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire, et bon relationnel pour travailler en équipe en français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
