• Act as the technical expert to ensure the production line runs efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate and support the qualification of manufacturing lines, ensuring they meet strict industry standards.
• Identify weaknesses in the production line and determine solutions to fix or investigate issues.
• Establish, drive, and maintain good cleanroom management practices.
• Collaborate with team members to successfully implement improvements and new processes.

• Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or Engineering.
• Proven experience in EITHER aseptic filling or aseptic manufacturing OR experience in the qualification of manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with highly active pharmaceutical ingredients (HAPI) is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience working in a GMP-controlled environment.
• Proficiency in English;
  German is a plus.
• Ability to agilely move between various tasks during this dynamic and exciting project phase.
• Demonstrates strong collaboration skills and actively supports team members.
