- Aufteilung und Führung des Teams im 2‑Schicht‑Betrieb
- Sicherung von Qualität und Laufterminen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion
- Erfahrung in Montage- und Produktionsbetrieb
- Gewohnheit im 2‑Schicht‑Modell
- Mobilität und Wohnsitz in der Region
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
