Myjob sucht eine/n Polymechaniker/in als Produktionsleiter in Luzern. Sie führen das gesamte Produktionsteam, koordinieren Termine mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung und vertreten den Auftragskoordinator bei Abwesenheit.
Zudem überwachen Sie den Maschinenunterhalt und tragen Verantwortung für die Arbeitssicherheit. Die Position fordert eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Grundausbildung sowie mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, gepaart mit sicheren EDV-Kenntnissen und hoher Kundenorientierung.
