Location: Büren an der Aare
Die Bigler AG Fleischwaren in Büren an der Aare sucht einen Stv. Abteilungsleiter in der Produktion für Frischfleisch und Convenience-Produkte. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Mitverantwortung für die Organisation und Qualität der Abteilung, unterstützt die Abteilungsleitung und motivierst die Mitarbeiter im täglichen Geschäft.
Erforderlich sind eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Fleischfachmann/-frau, Erfahrung in der industriellen Produktion und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein gutes Verständnis der Arbeitsabläufe sind von Vorteil.
