Richemont recherche un Responsable de ligne produit pour superviser une famille de produits horlogers dans son département Manufacturing, à Le Brassus. Vous pilotez les ressources, suivez les indicateurs et collaborez avec Qualité, Méthodes et Référents Techniques afin d’assurer une production conforme et efficace.
Vous animez une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 20 à 35 personnes et assurez l’amélioration continue tout en respectant sécurité et coûts.
