Prozessleiter Lebensmittelherstellung Verantwortlichkeiten
- Verantwortung für die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Herstellung verschiedener Milchpulver und milchfreier Spezialitäten
- Führen, Anleiten und Entwickeln der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
- Optimieren und Weiterentwickeln bestehender Produktionsprozesse und Abläufe
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Planung, Entwicklung, Technik und Qualitätssicherung (QS)
- Sicherstellen und Überwachen der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsvorschriften
- Überprüfen der Herstellvorschriften sowie der Anlagen- und Personalrapporte
- Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Nachweisdokumenten, Arbeitsanweisungen und Vorschriften
- Mitarbeit im 2- bis 3-Schichtbetrieb sowie Bereitschaft zu Piketteinsätzen an Wochenenden
