Production Assistant

At Protylux SA, an industrial SME active in plastic injection for the watchmaking industry, we place quality, rigour and process control at the heart of our activities.

In this context, we are looking for a

Production Assistant (M/F) – 50 to 60%

• Ensure the management and updating of production data in the ERP
• Update the operating sequences in the ERP based on production information
• Ensure the administrative follow‑up of manufacturing orders
• Create the planning in collaboration with the Production Manager
• Ensure the transmission of information between production and administration
• Prepare and update documents related to production
• Provide administrative support to the production team

• Commercial or administrative training, or equivalent experience
• Experience in an industrial or production environment
• Good command of an ERP (required), knowledge of Odoo is an asset
• Good understanding of production and planning processes
• Ability to structure and enter technical information into an ERP system
• Very good command of Excel and MS Office tools
• Rigour, organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• Good team spirit and reliability
• Fluent French
