As a true technical reference and local manager of our industrial bakery, you will drive performance by reconciling industrial excellence, team development, and mission.

Assist the Fresh Department Manager in managing and developing the Fresh department (from pizza dough preparation to managing pizza base stocks before topping).

• Supervise, support, and develop teams of approximately 15 people with local, field-oriented management.
• Guarantee mastery of industrial processes to ensure efficient production and products of consistent quality.
• Optimize production processes by relying on your expertise in bakery technology and your spirit of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and hygiene requirements.
• Analyze performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement concrete solutions.
• Be a true liaison between the teams and the Fresh Department Manager by promoting communication, collaboration, and engagement.

• Degree in Food Technology, Baker, or equivalent.
• Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in an agri-food production environment, ideally in industrial bakery.
• Solid expertise in industrial processes and excellent mastery of bread‑making technologies.
• Skills in local management, with an ability to drive performance, support teams, and lead continuous improvement.
• Leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and aptitude to unite, develop, and motivate teams around common objectives.
• Structured and field-oriented personality, recognized for analytical skills, sense of priorities, and ability to make decisions in a demanding production environment.
• Strong culture of quality and food safety, with good mastery of standards and regulations applicable to the agri-food industry.
• Proficiency with digital tools, particularly MS Office and a production ERP to ensure effective management of activities.
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of German or English (minimum B2 level).
