PROMAN recherche un Programmeur Régleur CNC 3 à 5 axes H/F pour intégrer ses ateliers.
Vous prenez en charge la programmation ISO et FAO et le réglage de centres d'usinage haute précision. Vous définissez les stratégies d'usinage, optimisez les parcours outils et les temps de cycle, et participez à l'amélioration continue (Lean, 5S).
Formation en micro technique et solide expérience en usinage multi‑axes; lecture de plans complexes; connaissance horlogère est un atout.
