Location: Stein
Lonza in Stein, AG, Switzerland, is seeking a hands-on manufacturing leader to direct a high‑performing team on vial filling & lyophilisation lines. You will coach a team, ensure GMP compliance, and manage stakeholders across Engineering, Supply Chain, MSAT and Quality in a fast-paced environment.
The role is site-based, emphasizing real‑time collaboration and precise manufacturing of medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. Fluent German is required;
English is a plus.
